One of the best ways to start “putting boundaries” into our days is to practice conscious, intentional reflection of the day’s activities, focusing on the good/ what could be better, what I can quickly finish, and what is my “to do” list for the next day… all over a soothing cup of tea! Join Kari & Teri (via Zoom) at 3:30 on Thursday, October 14 with your beverage of choice (we just happen to like hot tea!). We’ll start with a bit of chit-chat, then take a few moments to unwind, go through the process of “putting my day to bed”… and prepared to end the day a bit refreshed, refocused…
