UITS will be migrating Faculty / Staff print queues to new servers starting on Friday, July 16th at 6:00pm. UITS expects the migration to be completed by 6:00am Saturday, July 17th.
Your ability to release print jobs from Faculty / Staff Ricoh devices during this time may be limited. Your ability to make copies from these devices should not be impacted by this.
If you have issues not seeing your print jobs at the release stations after the migration is complete, it is likely that your workstation still has the old print queues installed. Usually either logging in/out or restarting your device should update your device to the new queues.
The print queue names will be the same but the server name will have changed from IU-LS-PRN-PR18 to EWA-PRNP03.
