IMPORTANT: Absentee ballots must be RECEIVED by NOON on Election Day to be counted by election officials. A postmark does not count! If you requested an absentee ballot, but have not yet mailed it, you should plan to HAND-DELIVER IT to the county clerk or surrender it at the polls on Election Day.
