Several companies are offering free workouts and videos; for example, the Nike training app, as well as Lululemon’s website. These are personal practices that are useful in staying positive and hopeful when thinking about the pandemic. I have a particularly busy schedule when it comes to campus life, so it has been kind of a relief knowing I have more time for myself and the hobbies I like to do, such as reading and drawing. I am particularly blessed because I’m in Florida for the quarantine period, so I have been outside a bunch and appreciating what nature has to offer.
Although I miss my friends so much and wish times were different, you still have to put out good energy in the world in order to receive it back. With that being said, it is extremely important in finding ways to be sane and content with how the world is today.
