Once again working with the Office of Community & School Partnerships for a maker session with some 8th grades students from Paramount Brookside. We utilized the Dragster Electric Car from TeacherGeek. Everybody got their car finished and tested, some had time to make adjustments. We didnt have time to race.
GEMS
GEMS is Girls in Engineering, Math, & Science. They had an event at Tri North Middle School on a Saturday. Students rotated through 3 of the many sessions.
