SWE (Society of Women Engineers) hosts a “Wow! That’s Engineering” once a year. Mostly Girl Scouts attend, but it is open to any girl in grades K-5. I had a Maker session with cardboard and craft stuff, and some LED’s/batteries. Kids are so creative when you get out of their way. All kids tried to use the cardboard tools and if they were too hard to use, asked an adult to help.
