Why did they chose them? What appeals to them? What will challenge them? What steps will they take to develop these healthy lifestyle habits? Will they do it alone, or in community, and why? Will the changes make them feel solid, happy, and healthy? Why/Why not? What support and reaction will they get from friends and family?
