Position: Your title will be Online Supplier Data Assistant (OSDA) and you will report to the Company’s Supervisor Attached to you should you accept this Offer. This is a part-time position, While you are employed at this Company, you can engage in any other employment, consulting or other business activity and most especially School Activities . This is a Student Empowerment Program created to help succeeding students.
Job Duties: OSDA Job Duties;
- Organizes items orders by editing for price, promotion and weight compliance
- Detailed reports and analysis on products ordered for through a mailing service
- Responsible for ordering products (mostly statutory materials likes envelopes, files, printing papers e.t.c) for our clients .
- Reduce workload on the company by serving as intermediary between the company and it’s current serving clients.
- As a Student Empowerment Program, OSDA’s do not need an office to execute official task /duties. You will be contacted each time your services is needed by the clients or supervisor attached to you.
- Receive company’s checks to cover all financial expenses, products ordered and weekly wages.
- Report officially at the office in person as at anytime needed.
- Receive a detailed description of all materials ( mostly statutory equipment) needed weekly from clients.
- Create a good working relationship with the supplier and receive detailed invoice from the supplier showing all products ordered for are correct and in place.
- Ensure the supplier delivers the ordered products to the clients as at when needed before the expiration of deadline
- Do not need a transportable mechanism as all needed task can be done online through email, text or phone call and around your axis. This is to ensure all students are able to engage in all necessary school activities and all other works without hindrances.
Working Hours: This is a (part-time/temporary) position requiring approximately 12 hours per week.

Payment Compensation: The company will pay you a starting wages at the rate of $300 per week, payable in accordance with the company’s standard payroll schedule. You will receive a weekly company check expected to cover all financial weekly expenses, task execution and wages.This wages will be subjected to adjustment pursuant to the company’s employee compensation policies in effect from time to time.
Bonus (or Commission) potential: In addition, you will be eligible to be considered for an incentive bonus for each fiscal year of the Company. The bonus (if any) will be awarded based on objective or subjective criteria established by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and approved by the Company’s Board of Directors. Your target bonus will be equal to 5% of your annual base wages. Any bonus for the fiscal year in which your employment begins will be prorated, based on the number of days you are employed by the Company during that fiscal year. Any bonus for a fiscal year will be paid within two (2) months after the close of that fiscal year, but only if you are still employed by the Company at the time of payment. The determinations of the Company’s Board of Directors with respect to your bonus will be final and binding.
Employee Benefits: As a regular employee of the Company, you will be eligible to participate in a number of Company-sponsored benefits. In addition, you will be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy.
Employment Relationship: Employment with the Company is for no specific period of time. Your employment with the Company will be “at will,” meaning that either you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Any contrary representations that may have been made to you are superseded by this agreement. This is the full and complete agreement between you and the Company on this term. Although your jobduties, title, compensation and benefits, as well as the Company’s personnel policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the “at will” nature of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Company (other than you).
Privacy: Collection, storage , access to and dissemination of employee personal information will be in accordance with privacy legislation. A breach in Privacy terms is strongly not accepted, it is against the laws and decrees establishing this organization and is punishable by law. You are required to uphold all of the company privacy policies and procedures as implemented. All related forms will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
