The IU South Bend Academic Senate calls for the Board of Trustees to immediately repeal the campus bans imposed on students, faculty, staff, and community members who have been arrested for violating policy BL- ACA-I18.

The IU South Bend Academic Senate calls for the Board of Trustees to terminate the presidency of Pamela Whitten based on the vote of no confidence by the Bloomington faculty on April 16, her handling of events in Dunn Meadow, and failure of leadership as outlined in the May 7 letter to the Board of Trustees and President Whitten from the IU South Bend Academic Senate Executive Commitee on behalf of the faculty.
