Asynchronous learning opportunities have given me the freedom to complete coursework when it’s most convenient for me which is often during evenings or weekends.

It’s provided me with frameworks and tools that I can directly apply to my organization’s planning and decision-making processes. Moreover, courses in human resources, operations management, and healthcare finance have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration. This broad knowledge base has significantly improved my ability to contribute to my organization.
Before enrolling in this program, I often found myself in meetings where I was primarily an observer, trying to absorb information. Now, having completed the program, I enter these same meetings with confidence, armed with insights and skills to contribute. I can now engage in high-level discussions about strategic initiatives, financial planning, and operational improvements, adding value to my organization’s decision-making processes and operations.
