Sibyl Gay Price (1919-2016) was an artist born in Mark Tree, Arkansas. She lived most of her life; however, in Richmond, Indiana, where she was involved with the Richmond Arts Club and specialized mainly in watercolor.
Beyond being an active artist, Sibyl was also an accountant for AVCO in Richmond.
