Registration Fee: $70: includes the clinic, a t-shirt, and 1 men’s basketball ticket for the participant.
Who: Kindergarten to 8th Grade Students. Little ones must be potty trained to attend.
When: January 8, 2023. 9am-After Men’s Halftime performance. Participants MUST be picked up immediately after halftime.
-Doors will open at 8:15am, and the clinic will start at 9am
Where: Gym at Cook Hall. 1051 E 17th St. Bloomington, IN 47408. Please enter the door facing 17th street. There will be a RedStepper there to greet you.
What to Expect: Participants will spend time with current RedSteppers preparing to dance at the Men’s Basketball Game Halftime. They will learn a dance, work on some dance/pom technique, and play games. Older Participants will spend more time on dance skills and technique. A video of the dance will be sent out prior to the clinic if participants want to learn the dance earlier.
What to wear/bring:
Please have participants wear white or black bottoms. Participants will receive their clinic t-shirt when they check in, and they can change into that t-shirt before the clinic starts. Participants MUST wear tennis shoes.
Please bring a water bottle and a sack lunch. We will eat lunch around 11:45am. Please do not bring anything with nuts or peanut butter. If your child has a severe food allergy, please note that on the registration form and remind us when you check in.
How to watch the Performance: After you register, you will receive an email with a link to buy discounted basketball tickets. They will be $20 for seats at the East Balcony. You will have until December 30 to buy your discounted tickets. If you would like better seats, you would need to arrange to buy tickets on a different platform.
The kid’s ticket is included in their registration. They will have the first few rows of the East Balcony reserved with parent’s tickets behind them.
