The Kinsey Institute at Indiana University is pleased to name Dr. Charlene Muehlenhard as the recipient of the 2022 Alfred C. Kinsey Distinguished Researcher Award, which honors renowned scientists and academics who shape our understanding of human sexuality through their sex research.
Rose Zinnia is the 2021 winner of the Kraft-Kinsey Award, which supports a writing project by an Indiana University MFA graduate student that makes substantial use of the Kinsey Institute’s materials and archives. Rose is a poet, writer, and book/graphic designer, and an MFA Candidate in the Creative Writing Program at Indiana University.
The Kinsey Institute is pleased to announce that the Indiana University Queer Philanthropy Circle (QPC) has designated Dr. Kinsey as a “Distinguished Member” for his significant contributions to the LGBTQ+ community, nationally and internationally, and his lasting contributions to Indiana University.
The Office of the Bicentennial at Indiana University recently recognized both Executive Director Dr. Justin Garcia, and Director of Library and Special Collections Liana Zhou with a Bicentennial Medal in recognition of their “distinguished and distinctive service to Indiana University.”
