Indiana University wins first place in ICSC Foundation Case Competition
Representing Indiana University, the team of Trace Held, Will Higgins, Franco Matticoli, Mike Ruddell, and Bryce Wetzel was awarded first place in the ICSC Foundation’s Case Competition. This year’s case, created by Brad Hutensky, former ICSC Chairman and founder of Hutensky Capital Partners, focused on the revitalization of a floundering mall.
