We are pleased to announce that IU student, Bryce Wetzel, a junior from Fishers, Indiana majoring in Finance & Real Estate at Kelley-Bloomington, has been awarded the ICSC Schurgin Family Foundation Scholarship.The ICSC Schurgin Family Foundation Scholarship provides $10,000 toward tuition, an expense paid trip to ICSC Las Vegas, and an industry mentorship.
In addition to having an excellent academic record, Bryce served as Co-President of the Real Estate Club this past year and has been a part of two first-place real estate case competition teams during his college career. He is the incoming President of the Commercial Real Estate Workshop, a Real Estate Private Equity Program member, and will be interning this summer at Link Logistics Real Estate
