 The IU Center for Real Estate Studies hosted the IU Real Estate Alumni & Friends Dinner for the first time in three years last week on April 28th at Newfields in Indianapolis. The event served as a culmination and celebration of several years of forward progress and growth for the IU real estate program. The event was sponsored by Hageman Group with additional support from Duke Realty and Cushman & Wakefield.
Kelley-Bloomington and Kelley-Indianapolis student leaders of the Real Estate Clubs, Commercial Real Estate Workshops, and Real Estate Private Equity Program were presented with awards. The John C. Snell IUPUI Real Estate Leadership Award was also presented to Kelley-Indianapolis student Christian Beckner. Deans Ken Carow, Idie Kesner, Laureen Maines, and Phil Powell, and Professor Tim Baldwin, all of whom have been instrumental in the Center’s progress, were recognized.
