
June 14–18, 2021: A Virtual Symposium Experience for students currently in grades 8–12
Welcome to the 75th annual IU Summer Music Clinic!
We are excited to announce a one-time, adjusted “Virtual Symposium” experience that will offer group instrumental lessons, online masterclasses by renowned faculty from IU and across the country, music electives such as music theory, composition, conducting, jazz improvisation, chamber music, and leadership, as well as the creation of virtual band, string orchestra, and jazz ensemble performance projects in collaboration with Keep Making Music. Join us for an intensive week of music-making!
Instruments accepted: violin, viola, cello, double bass, flute, oboe, bassoon, clarinet, bass clarinet; alto, tenor, and baritone sax; horn, trumpet, trombone, euphonium, tuba, percussion.
Cost: $75 non-refundable registration fee due upon registration; $500 tuition, due May 31.
