EMERGENCY FUNDS FOR MUSICIANS

Musicians Foundation. Helps professional musicians who have worked five or more years in the U.S.  by providing emergency financial assistance in meeting current living, medical and allied expenses.

Jazz Musicians Emergency Fund. Committed to helping jazz professionals, especially older musicians, overcome their hard times and to help them get back on their feet, making emergency funds available for immediate needs.

MusicCares Foundation. Short-term financial assistance for personal or addiction needs that have arisen due to unforeseen circumstances.

Sweet Relief Musicians Fund.
Provides financial assistance to all types of career musicians who are facing illness, disability, or age-related problems.

Emergency Resources. New York Foundation for the Arts
Artists who experience personal hardship or who are impacted by a large-scale disaster, or who need funding for a last-minute opportunity can find critical resources in NYFA’s Emergency Resources Directory.

New Music Solidarity Fund. NewMusicUSA
The New Music Solidarity Fund is designed to help new/creative/improvised music freelancers whose livelihood has been threatened as a result of performances which have been canceled during the COVID-19 crisis.

Recording Academy COVID-19 Relief Fund
The Recording Academy® and its affiliated charitable foundation MusiCares® have established the COVID-19 Relief Fund to help our peers in the music community affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.
