Performing Together in Real Time (Virtually!)
For ALL Musicians (Instrumentalists and Vocalists)
With Kim Carballo and Aram Arakelyan
Friday, October 2
12:30-1:15pm | Zoom (registration required)
Online latency has seemed like an insurmountable hurdle for musicians, making it impossible for many of us to perform together virtually with others. But Aram Arakelyan and Kim Carballo and are here to save the day! They’ll demonstrate and briefly explain a few synchronous apps available for real-time virtual music making, with a focus on SoundJack and JackTrip. Participants may choose to download the apps ahead of time to walk through a setup, or they can join the conversation fresh to learn about options. There will be time for Q&A to follow.
