A special summer online offering with Associate Professor of Music, Dominick DiOrio!
The OECD is pleased to announce that its Career Development course will be offered online to both undergraduate and graduate students in the Jacobs School of Music this summer! This is your opportunity to plan for a productive and sustainable professional life in music. The intensive 6-week course increases professional self-awareness, helps you communicate more effectively, and assists as you prepare a competitive portfolio and consider your career options. Prof. DiOrio will bring his expertise as a conductor, composer, performer, educator, and new music advocate to the course and its content.
The course is also available to performing arts majors across Indiana University, with permission from the instructor. It will be delivered as a hybrid online course, consisting of regular virtual class meeting times and individual consultations with the instructor.

U-300/U-596: INTRO TO MUSIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP
for grad and undergrad students
Taught by OECD Director, Alain Barker
An exciting exploration of how entrepreneurship and innovation drives the music world. It offers an opportunity for you to actively participate in research, discussions, and writing about your particular area of interest. This course applies to the Entrepreneurship Certificate.

For undergraduates! Coordinated by the OECD, the Kelley
School of Business Department of Management and Entrepreneurship,
and the Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
