Maria Hagan, Semi-Finalist in the 2021 American Prize

Conductor Maria Hagan, Doctoral candidate in Choral Conducting, has been named a semi-finalist in the 2021 American Prize.

The American Prize is a national competition established in 2009, rewarding people in the performing arts for the best recorded performances on the professional, collegiate and secondary school levels. Ms. Hagan’s entry was her performance of the Dvorak Mass in D Major, Op. 86 featuring the University Chorale and Conductors Orchestra of the Jacobs School of Music.
