Catherine Behan

Catherine Behan is a candidate for Master of Public Affairs with an emphasis on public policy research. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism in 2018. Before that, she had a long career as a daily newspaper reporter and editor and as a higher-education communications professional. She is also a French and Social Statistics tutor. She serves on several University committees. Catherine was a researcher on vibrancy in Elkhart County. Off campus, she has volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and with the Family Justice Center.
