IT Professionals,
Due to a misconfiguration in the September 13th mail forwarding change, external mail (and mail sent through the mail relay) was not delivered to these faculty and staff from 9/13/23 09:00 to 9/13/23 17:20 ET.
The external sender will have received a Non-Delivery Receipt (NDR) or bounce message during this time. If the recipients are contacted by those external senders, they should ask for that message to be re-sent.
These forwarding errors have been fixed as of 5:20pm ET tonight. A direct mailing will be sent to all impacted.
