Google at IU administrators will be adding a zero-byte quota to separated Google at IU accounts on August 15. This account data will be deleted on November 1, 2022, in order to meet the new storage allotment enforced on IU by Google. The Knowledge Base document will outline the process for users to identify orphaned files as well as how to gain ownership of those files.
Additionally, here is an impact list of all separated user accounts that will be deleted on November 1. Please note there are some group accounts on the impact list:
