Apple Training – Intro to Supporting macOS Series

This is a three-part series of virtual workshops on supporting macOS in the enterprise. These instructor-led sessions will provide an introduction and orientation to Mac hardware, macOS, and helpful tips and tricks for support desk staff who may be new to the platform. Please register for each event using your corporate email address and affiliated institution name.

EdCert course – Configuring Windows Server Hybrid Advanced Series
8:30am-4:30pm ET
This course teaches IT professionals to configure advanced Windows Server services using on-premises, hybrid, and cloud technologies. Skills include leveraging Azure’s hybrid capabilities, migrating workloads to Azure IaaS, securing Azure VMs, and performing high availability, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery tasks. Key tools include Windows Admin Center, PowerShell, Azure Arc, Azure Automation Update Management, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Azure Security Center, Azure Migrate, and Azure Monitor. This course also helps prepare for the AZ-801 certification exam.
