IT Leadership Community Conversations on Leadership – Feedback: A loop or a gift?
2-3pm ET
Our world is full of people and full of tasks that need competent completion. For those of us who want to hone in on what works and shed strategies that don’t work, we need commentary from outside ourselves. In a professional setting we call this feedback. Please join us as we discuss this topic in breakout room style and crowdsource how feedback works and when it does not. This IT Leadership Community sponsored series of informal discussions about leadership is open to anyone in the IU IT community. Whether you are a current, emerging, or future leader, these discussions are for you. Meeting Zoom link, recommended pre-work, and discussion questions are available at the event link.
