IT colleagues:
Over the next several months, door access for IU buildings managed in DNA Fusion are transitioning to CS Gold Access. This is taking place in phases across all campuses according to the schedule at Access Consolidation Schedule -IU-ALL.xlsx. For more, see Transition from DNA Fusion to CS Gold Access (requires authentication).
This project may affect the buildings you support, causing temporary access disruptions. If you have questions, please contact your building manager.
The two email messages below are being sent to stakeholders one week and two weeks prior to migration.

Email #1 (sent two weeks before scheduled migration):
Hello,
As part of the IU Door Access Consolidation project, access control for a building/area you oversee will soon transition from DNA Fusion to CS Gold.
Building specific consolidation schedules can be found here:

As someone who has been identified as a building coordinator or access manager, you should know:
Seamless Access:
Individuals with door access before the consolidation will continue to have access after the consolidation. During the transition period, access for all users may be intermittent. Please ensure that all users are aware that there will be some downtime as we switch over the doors to the new system.
Training for CS Gold: CS Gold training documentation can be found in the Knowledge Base after logging in. Here, you will learn to navigate the CS Gold platform and assign/remove door access.
Please note that immediate access to CS Gold is unavailable. Instructions about logging in will be provided in an upcoming email.
Questions regarding the IU Door Access Consolidation project can be directed to accessiu@iu.edu.
Sincerely,
Door Access Consolidation Team
