CompTIA A+ is the industry preferred qualifying credential for technical support and IT operational roles. CompTIA A+ CORE 2 covers installing and configuring operating systems, expanded security, software troubleshooting and operational procedures. Vendor-neutral and designed to assist in preparing for the CompTIA A+ Core 2 certification examination, 220-1102, one of two exams required for CompTIA A+ certification.

Supercomputing For Everyone Series: Getting Started with IU REDCap

This workshop introduces IU faculty, staff, and students to IU’s Research Electronic Data Capture (IU REDCap). REDCap is a self-managed, secure, web-based platform designed to support data collection and data management for research, operations support, and quality improvement projects. REDCap’s easy-to-use, intuitive features allow users to rapidly build and manage secure online surveys and databases. This hands-on course will cover the basics of using IU REDCap.

Nominations are open through March 1, 11:59 ET for the 2024 IU IT Leadership Community (ITLC) Technologist Recognition Awards, a program provided by IU ITLC to recognize the work of IT professionals at IU. Anyone may submit a nomination for another person or their team, and awards are open to all IT professionals at IU regardless of campus, school, or department. Visit the official website for details on the ITLC Technologist Recognition Program, award categories, and nomination process.
IT Community Partnerships (ITCP) supports IT professionals at Indiana University through timely communications of important IT information, opportunities to connect with the IT community, and data resources to aid in decision-making for their unit or service.
