On Saturday February 17, between 8am and 12pm EST, Instructure (Canvas) will be performing a regularly scheduled monthly release in the IU Canvas instance. There is no downtime expected for this maintenance.

Dell Client Roadmap – February 22 & 27

Dell will host two upcoming Zoom sessions of the annual Dell Client Roadmap, covering the new desktops, monitors, laptops, and docking stations launching in March of this year. The repeat of this event is February 27, 1-2:15pm. These two events contain the same content; you can choose which will better meet your availability.

CompTIA A+ is the industry preferred qualifying credential for technical support and IT operational roles. CompTIA A+ CORE 2 covers installing and configuring operating systems, expanded security, software troubleshooting and operational procedures. Vendor-neutral and designed to assist in preparing for the CompTIA A+ Core 2 certification examination, 220-1102, one of two exams required for CompTIA A+ certification.
