On Saturday January 20, between 8am and 12pm EST, Instructure (Canvas) will be performing a regularly scheduled monthly release in the IU Canvas instance. There is no downtime expected for this maintenance.

IU Women in IT (IUWIT) – Candid Conversations for Caregivers
12:30-1:30pm ET
Join us for a virtual, informal, and candid discussion about caregiving. Whether you care for someone who is elderly, disabled, a relative, a child, a spouse, or any other loved one, IUWIT recognizes that being a caregiver can be extremely stressful. In this virtual setting, we invite you to vent, share resources and experiences, and find support from other caregivers. Sessions are open to anyone of any gender.

CompTIA Server+ covers the latest server technologies including virtualization, security, and network-attached storage. Skills learned include server architecture, administration, storage, security, networking, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery.

EdCert course – CompTIA Network+ (Exam N10-008) ($500)
8:30am-4:30pm ET
CompTIA Network+ covers the essential knowledge and skills for configuration, management, and troubleshooting of common wired and wireless network devices. Ensures IT professionals can design and implement functional networks, identify benefits and drawbacks of existing network configurations, configure/manage/maintain essential network devices, use devices such as switches and routers to segment network traffic and create resilient networks, and implement network security, standards, and protocols.
