Supercomputing For Everyone Series: Advanced topics in Deep Learning

This workshop is a follow-up for IU faculty, staff, and students to Intro to Deep Learning on the Big Red Supercomputer taught by UITS Research Technologies (RT). Topics include Document Similarity, Custom GPU programming, and Function optimization. These specific topics will illustrate general techniques that are widely applicable. No prior knowledge of these techniques is assumed. Knowledge of Unix and Python is needed for the hands-on exercises.

CompTIA A+ Core 1 is the industry preferred qualifying credential for technical support and IT operational roles. Beyond PC repair, candidates are better prepared to troubleshoot, and problem solve, and technicians will better understand a wide variety of issues ranging from networking and operating systems to mobile devices and security. CompTIA A+ Core 1 covers mobile devices, networking technology, hardware, virtualization and cloud computing and network troubleshooting. Vendor-neutral and designed to assist in preparing for the CompTIA A+ Core 1 certification examination, 220-1101, one of two exams required for CompTIA A+ certification.
