Canvas/RedShelf (Unizin Engage) Scheduled Maintenance

IT Professionals, 

This message is to notify you of two upcoming maintenance events in the IU Canvas instance. 

On Saturday, June 17 between 8am and 12pm ET, Instructure (Canvas) will be performing a regularly scheduled monthly release to the IU Canvas instance.  

Included in this release are: 

• New Features: 
  • Modules: Bulk Publish and Unpublish Module Items 
• New Quizzes 
  • Rich Content Editor in New Quizzes 
  • Rich Content Editor Supports Third-Party Apps
  • Zero-Point New Quiz in Gradebook Checkbox

In addition, on Saturday, June 24 between 11pm and 11:59pm ET, the RedShelf (Unizin Engage) eReader will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.
