EdCert course – CompTIA PenTest+ ($500)
9am-4pm ET
Register by May 17
CompTIA PenTest+ is designed for IT professionals who want to develop penetration testing skills to enable them to identify information-system vulnerabilities and effective remediation techniques for those vulnerabilities. The course introduces general concepts and methodologies related to penetration testing as you work your way through a simulated pen test for a fictitious company. It also addresses skills to plan and scope a testing engagement, including vulnerability scanning, understand legal and compliance requirements, analyze results, and effectively report and communicate practical remediation techniques for action to properly protect information systems and their content. This course assists in the preparation for the CompTIA PenTest+ certification exam (PT0-002).
