IT Professionals:
Apple would like to invite you to Office Hours on Wednesday, March 8, at 2pm ET or Thursday, March 9, at 10am ET. Join Systems Engineer Mike Kimmel for a session on two topics:
- Wi-Fi 6E: This new Wi-Fi technology takes advantage of the recently released 6 GHz spectrum to improve your wireless deployments for supported products. You’ll learn more about this new Wi-Fi standard and hear about the Apple products that can use it.
- Admin vs. standard user accounts for macOS devices: We had some questions about this topic during last month’s security-themed Office Hours and wanted to give it more airtime.
This session is available to all higher education clients and is not an IU exclusive event.
There will be plenty of Q&A throughout the scheduled 60 minutes, after which there will be an additional 30 minutes of open discussion.
Reminder: Both sessions will cover the same material but are provided to better meet people’s availability. There is no need to register or to get an Apple account. When you click on the meeting weblink, it may ask you to download and install the desktop version first, but you may bypass this and use the browser version instead. Look for a “join from browser” link that soon appears further down the page.
