To transition to Teams Calls more effectively, we ask for your assistance in establishing a timeline for your department to migrate accounts with IP Phones and Response Groups. Please download this spreadsheet and fill it out with the phones you will need. We will contact your unit to set up a meeting to plan your supported department(s)’ migration of IP Phones and Response Groups. The spreadsheet will help guide this meeting.
Guidance on filling out the spreadsheet:
- The IP Phones dashboard (and associated instructions for using the dashboard) provides you with an initial list of your supported telephony equipment if you don’t already have a working list to start filling out your spreadsheet.
- Consider if your faculty/staff already have compatible equipment or need new equipment for this transition. Please refer to the Knowledge Base for information on telephony equipment.
- Verify the faculty/staff’s campus location.
