As mentioned in the recent infoshare, the Software and Services Selection Process (SSSP) form has been moved to ServiceNow starting on November 1. This move will improve the submission process by making it simpler and more transparent to requestors.
In addition to moving to ServiceNow, we are now offering three different form versions to better meet client needs and to reduce the number of form questions. The three new versions are: New Software Purchase, New IT Service Purchase, and Contract Renewal. As a reminder, purchases that have previously been approved and do not have a use case change no longer require an SSSP form.
