On November 5, 2022, Zoom’s new software lifecycle policy will take effect. This policy will apply to all Zoom desktop clients and mobile apps.
These accounts are associated with a device running an older version of Zoom that will not be supported under this policy. They were notified directly on October 28 with the message below. Accounts that do not upgrade their Zoom client by November 5 will be unable to join meetings until Zoom has been updated.
Please visit the Zoom Download Center for the latest versions of Zoom. The Zoom desktop client is also up to date on SCCM and Jamf.
We highly recommend enabling automatic updates to ensure clients are running the latest version of Zoom.

Your Indiana University Zoom account is associated with a device using an older version of Zoom that will not be supported under this policy. If you do not upgrade your Zoom client by November 5, you will not be able to join meetings until Zoom has been updated.
