IT Professionals,
In order to meet the new storage requirements outlined by Google, group accounts in My Drive will receive quotas, and those with data stored will be migrated.
The mailing below will be sent on October 28 to account owners for any group account that has data. All other group accounts with no data will be set to a 0KB quota on October 27.
Group accounts that currently store data will have a Qualtrics link sent directly to the group account.
If you have any questions on this process, we encourage you to attend our Google storage coffee hours:

~~~Text of Direct Mailing~~~
Hello,
Our records show that your IU group account, (list group account’s IU username), is currently storing data in Google at IU. Due to Google’s updated terms of service, IU group accounts can no longer store any data in Google.
What does this mean for you?
You must take immediate action. The group accounts listed above will receive a Qualtrics survey link with options for reducing your group account storage to zero. If no response is received by December 1, your account will be set to a zero quota and your data will be automatically migrated to OneDrive. If you choose any other option than managed migration, you must complete that action by December 1 to avoid an automatic managed migration.
See your data
You can see your total Google at IU usage in your account. Make sure to use your IU group account to log in to Google at IU. Your IU group account must be set up to use Duo in order to respond to the survey (this works best in a private browser).
