Following up on our Migration to MS Teams Voice mailing from September 29, we have guidance on how to use the IP Phones dashboard and how to seek support regarding the migration of your unit’s IP phones from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams Voice.
- Check that your unit’s entry in IT People is up to date, especially the supported departments and buildings that are listed, since these data are used to relate devices to units in the IP Phones dashboard. Your unit leader can use the KB instructions to update supported departments and buildings in IT People.
- Refer to IT Community Partnership’s instructions on using the IP Phones dashboard to access your unit’s IP Phones data.
