The (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) course addresses the essential elements of the eight domains that comprise a Common Body of Knowledge (CBK) for information systems security professionals. These include Security and Risk Management, Asset Security, Security Engineering, Communications and Network Security, Identity and Access Management, Security Assessment and Testing, Security Operations, and Software Development Security. The course offers a job-related approach to the security process, while providing a framework to prepare for CISSP certification.

Did you know…
IU Learning Technologies was recently featured at vendor Top Hat’s web site. Appearing in the ‘Educator stories’ section the article is entitled “Indiana University Lays the Foundation for Active Learning at Scale“.
Top Hat is a student response system and comprehensive teaching platform that instructors can use to engage students both within and outside of the classroom with interactive slides, graded questions, customized content, videos, discussions, and polls. Students use smartphones, tablets, laptops, or ordinary cell phones to participate in Top Hat activities.
At Indiana University, an enterprise license agreement allows all students to use Top Hat without fee. Refer to this KB article to Get started with Top Hat at IU.
