Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen bug encountered after upgrading the SSL VPN servers to 9.1R15. Campus Network had to upgrade to 9.1R16 to restore connectivity to the service.
As a result of this upgrade, the branding has changed on the client side to Ivanti after they acquired Pulse Secure in recent months. The next time you launch the application you should be prompted to update to the latest version, which will include the name change to Ivanti Secure Access Client. Existing settings should carry over, but the name and icon will change.
Administrators are working on updating IUWare, SCCM, and the Knowledge Base with the new client update and rebranding.
