We would like to make you aware of a new tool, Duo Self-Service Portal, available for clients to manage Two-Step Login (Duo) devices.
Duo Self-Service Portal is published in One.IU and can be directly accessed by using the One.IU launch task URL. The portal works for clients needing to reactivate Duo Mobile on a new phone. It also allows for telephony-only methods (SMS or Phone callback) to authenticate and set up an alternate device such as the Duo Mobile app. This functionality is not fully available in the Security Center since the methods of authentication to the application are restricted. General device management remains available in the Security Center for users of approved authentication methods.
Features of the Duo Self-Service Portal include:
- Clients with telephony-only methods (SMS or Phone callback) can access the system to set up Duo Mobile or alternate devices.
- Supports first time enrollment of Group accounts using a Duo Mobile phone already registered.
- Provides workflow for new device recovery.
