IT Professionals:
On May 10, 2022, all editions of Windows 10, version 1909 will reach end of servicing. The May 2022 security update, released on May 10, is the last update available for these versions. After that date, devices running these editions will no longer receive monthly security and quality updates containing protection from the latest security threats.
We recommend that you update your devices to the latest version of Windows 10. To assist, here is the impact list exported from SCCM. Unmanaged devices are also at risk of compromise if not also upgraded. UITS also recommends adding all endpoints to a management platform to allow reporting and mitigation of expiring operating systems and applications. You will need to upgrade all endpoints unmanaged as well.
Please upgrade as soon as practical. Please reference this documentation to leverage SCCM to upgrade.
