Colleagues,
The IT Leadership Community’s Mentorship Program recently celebrated the success of its latest mentor/mentee cohort—the class of 2021. Thanks to people just like you who participated, we are successfully building a strong foundation for mentoring in our workplace.
As we start the new year, we are reaching out to you to ask for your participation as a mentor or mentee for the 2022 Mentorship Cohort. Our goal is to once again provide a quality mentorship experience for everyone who is interested in being paired with a mentor. Simply put, that means we need experienced leaders like you who are willing to foster connections by sharing their expertise with a colleague in a one-to-one setting. Want to learn from these leaders? Sign up to be a mentee!
If you would like to be a mentor or mentee this year, the first step is to log in to our application to complete a Mentee profile or Mentor profile.
Once we have received your profile, we will share more information about the specific dates of upcoming events, including mentee and mentor workshops and the popular Meet the Mentor event. Mentor/Mentee matches will then be completed in mid-March so that pairings can begin meeting in April.
We thank you for your willingness to support the 2022 ITLC Mentorship Program! If you have questions for the Mentorship Committee, email itmentor@iu.edu or contact one of the action team members directly.
