REMINDER: Upcoming change to U2F security keys
Body
Dear [firstname],
You are being contacted because you have a U2F security key enrolled with Duo for Two-Step Login. Beginning January 13, 2022, the ability to complete a Duo authentication by tapping a U2F security key when you see the Duo Prompt will no longer be supported in Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Instead, click the “Use Security Key” button in the Duo Prompt as shown below, which is the standard experience in Safari and Firefox.
You may want to review About USB security keys for Two-Step Login (Duo) for practices at Indiana University or find out more about this change from Duo Security.
