IT Professionals:
Starting mid-October, a training group from Microsoft will be presenting virtual training sessions just for IU users. Over the course of four weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to get guided training in aspects of Teams including the basics, meetings, project management, and storage. You’ll also be able to ask questions during the sessions and have access to the recording following each session.
As a part of our contract with Microsoft, the Microsoft training team in Indianapolis/Chicago will be leading four weeks of training to the whole IU community. This is generalized training regarding how to use the facets of Microsoft Teams, as well as SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, To Do, and Tasks. These sessions are a partnership between IT Training, IT Community Partnerships, and Microsoft.
