IT Professionals,
For the past few months, we’ve been encouraging applications to transition to IU Login 2.0 by today, June 15. While the vast majority of applications have made the transition, a number of them still need time to complete the move. To support these applications, the legacy IU Login stage environment will remain in its current state until July 1 and the production environment until July 15. Beyond those dates, applications will no longer be supported on the legacy infrastructure unless they are registered with Identity Management Systems. Please see the timeline for these changes below.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
July 1 at 5am ET
The legacy stage IU Login infrastructure will support only registered applications.
July 15 at 5am ET
The legacy production IU Login infrastructure will support only registered applications.
To check an application’s registration, view the Registered for Stage and Registered for Production columns on the Legacy IU Login Registration List.
To request registration, send an email to imsinfo@iu.edu that includes the application address, protocol, and environment (stage and/or production), along with a link to any associated Jira tickets.
Please know all applications are still required to migrate to IU Login 2.0 as soon as possible. Once transitioned, the application will no longer be supported on the legacy infrastructure.
