On June 11 when performing licensing maintenance on ~2000 group accounts, an error caused some group accounts to lose Full Access permissions on Microsoft Exchange. Full Access allows users to add additional mailboxes without credentials. A list of impacted accounts can be found here [1].

Hello,
On June 11 when performing licensing maintenance on ~2000 group accounts, an error caused some group accounts to lose Full Access permissions on Microsoft Exchange. Full Access allows users to add additional mailboxes without credentials. One or more group accounts you own was identified as impacted in this process. A list of impacted accounts can be found here [1].
To restore Full Access permissions for group accounts, please follow these steps:
- Visit https://tools.cci.iu.edu/ (On-campus or VPN Connection Required)
- Enter the group account username, press Enter.
- Click the “Exchange” tab at the top middle.
- To the right of “Full Access & Send-As Groups” click “View Details”.
- Click the “Add” button for Full Access if desired.
