IT Professionals,
Some of you have asked, Should I wait for IMS to contact me before transitioning to IU Login 2.0?, and the answer is, No, don’t wait as this is IMS contacting you to transition.
Remember, all applications must transition to IU Login 2.0 by June 15, 2021.
UPDATES
- 22 new apps added
- Business days until deadline: 40
HOW TO MIGRATE
- Claim your applications on the Impact List with recent logins on the legacy infrastructure. Please enter your username in the cell under the CLAIM column that matches your application.
- Again, all known Sitehost and Pages applications were removed, though they may be added later.
- Submit a migration request, either for CAS or SAML/Shibboleth and await notification via Jira that your integration has been set up.
- Go to My Entries in FireForm to see if your entry. Please note that the Status may not be updated; the Submitter will be assigned as a Reporter on the Jira ticket for updates.
- Complete the configuration of your application to IU Login 2.0.
- Depending on your request type, see How CAS works at IU or get the Values for connecting a vended product to IU Login with the SAML protocol.
