IT Professional Colleagues,
As a reminder, the Exchange Online Migrations will resume on Jan. 26, 2021. The EXO dashboard, sent previously in the email below, has been updated with the new migration information.
Additionally, there are a subset of users with cross division mailbox conflicts that will be moved first to minimize disruption. Many of these users will only be disrupted for a single day. The maximum is 3 days. The migration information for those users is available in the main list, and we added an additional list that shows which connections will be broken, and how long they will last.

IT Professional Colleagues,
We would like to make you aware of a new resource for monitoring the Exchange Online Migration. IT Community Partnerships recently created a dashboard that allows IT Leaders to see which accounts have been moved to Exchange Online, when other accounts are scheduled to move, and which accounts have used IMAP in the month of September [1]. The dashboard provides basic analytics and a detailed user list for all users connected to a supported department based on relationships in IT People [2]. Filters are located to the right side of the screen, or any “wedge” of a chart can be used as a filter by clicking on the graph. CCI will continue to add users to the list once they are scheduled, so please check the dashboard periodically for updates.
In order to view the dashboard, viewers must be listed as a sub-lead or leader in IT People, as well as be compliant with UA [3], FERPA [4], and HRMS Data Use Tutorial [5].
If there are questions or concerns about the dashboard, please reach out to ITCP at talk2uits@iu.edu.
